Katie joined Borland Groover as a Physician Assistant in May of 2017. She attended The University of Florida where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Microbiology. She is an avid Gator fan! She went to PA school in Worcester, Massachusetts and enjoyed New England, but was happy to return home to Florida.

She is dedicated to providing patient-centered care in the Daytona Beach area. She enjoys getting to know her patients while also focusing on their health concerns. She finds that by having a better relationship with her patients, she is more adept at addressing their health care needs.

Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time outdoors, and playing with her two dogs, Annie and Koda.
